Senior🎓
Top SchoolDaniel Bryars is a software architect and staff engineer with 13 years of experience building high-availability, cloud-native systems and leading technical strategy from startup through enterprise. He combines deep hands-on coding in C#, C++ and Python with architecture, team leadership and DevOps—bringing products from R&D in Formula One to scaling a B2B SaaS business to 45 people and a £25M exit. Comfortable across AWS and Azure, hybrid deployments and regulated environments, he also has strong realtime and robotics instincts rooted in a Mechatronics BEng and early motorsport engineering roles. Currently finishing an MSc in AI and doing an AI residency in London, he’s focusing on applied machine learning, real-time systems and automation. Colleagues describe him as pragmatic and curious—equally likely to sketch system design as to ship production code.
