Top SchoolDaniel Catt is a versatile technologist-turned-contemporary printmaker with 12 years of professional engineering experience and a background as a senior software engineer at Flickr and The Guardian. He has blended technical rigor—maths, algorithms and systems thinking—with creative practice since founding CATT & CATT LTD in 2012. As a former CTO of Contributoria, he brings product and leadership experience across publishing and creative technology. Daniel’s work bridges code and craft, producing algorithmically informed prints while occasionally writing, podcasting and engaging in music. Based in Shrewsbury, he balances a curious, multidisciplinary approach with a pragmatic delivery mindset honed at major web platforms. A self-described cat lover, he often applies computational methods to explore new visual forms.
