Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolDaniel Chaplin is a platform lead and architect with 11 years of experience building cloud-native infrastructure, DevOps platforms, and resilient web systems across Europe. Based in Switzerland, he has led platform transformations—designing Kubernetes-based environments, GitOps-driven CI/CD, and observability stacks (EFK, Prometheus, Elastic APM, Sentry)—while driving measurable improvements in release cadence and reliability. He writes production microservices in Go and maintains MeteorJS full‑stack applications, pairing hands-on coding with platform design and mentoring. Daniel has repeatedly performed security and cost optimizations for customers, migrating workloads between clouds and adopting managed Kubernetes and Vault for safer operations. An underrated strength is his cross-domain fluency: from bare-metal networking and VMware to modern IaC (Terraform, TeamCity Kotlin DSL, ArgoCD), enabling pragmatic, end-to-end solutions that balance legacy constraints with modern practices.
