Top SchoolDaniel Fowler is a technical author and researcher with over 10 years' experience blending software design and academic cyber resilience work, most recently as an Assistant Professor in the Secure Cyber Systems Research Group at the University of Warwick. He combines a deep engineering background—spanning solutions architecture, senior development and embedded/enterprise software roles since the 1990s—with applied research in automotive and cyber security. Daniel holds a PhD-level research background from Coventry University and a Distinction in Forensic Computing, bringing rigorous, audit-friendly thinking to system design and threat analysis. Now on hiatus as a digital nomad, he continues to bridge practical engineering and academic inquiry, often translating complex technical findings into clear, usable guidance.
