Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolDaniel Lazarovici is a senior engineering leader and software architect with 11 years of experience building and scaling high-performance teams and cloud-native platforms from startups through enterprise. Currently Senior Manager, Engineering at Pandora and formerly VP/Principal Engineer at a carbon accounting startup, he blends product-first leadership with hands-on architecture—especially in AI-driven products, data pipelines on GCP, and CI/CD/monorepo strategies. He has a strong frontend pedigree (React, Polymer) and a track record modernizing large codebases, leading migrations, and reducing time-to-market while improving developer experience. Daniel is equally focused on people—mentoring engineers, instituting guilds and demos, and improving retention through career-path initiatives. Notably, he helped a YC-backed team secure funding and guided an acquisition exit by tightly aligning engineering roadmaps with business growth. Based in Copenhagen, he brings startup energy to enterprise-scale delivery.
