Senior🎓
Top SchoolDaniel Pimley is a senior video producer and London studio manager with 12 years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end multimedia projects for global financial and corporate clients. He combines creative leadership with operational rigor—running global teams, managing budgets, and establishing metrics to track output while still shooting, editing, and building motion-graphics toolkits himself. His background spans branded social content, cinematic event openers, podcasts, and microdocumentaries, and he has a proven track record of elevating creative standards and streamlining studio operations. Comfortable as both a “full stack” creator and a manager of distributed teams, he bridges creative vision and technical workflows to consistently deliver high-impact work. Based in Stony Stratford, he pairs formal film production training with deep practical knowledge of tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder. A detail-driven problem solver, he also brings an engineer’s mindset to media production—designing archival systems, encoding profiles and analytical frameworks that make creative output measurable and repeatable.
