Top SchoolDaniel Vandal is a Senior Programmer-Analyst with 8 years of hands-on experience building feature-rich telephony and business applications, currently driving core development at ScopServ International. He specializes in VoIP and PBX systems (Asterisk), PHP, JavaScript and Linux server/network administration, and has delivered modules for reporting, DNS, VPN, QoS, SSL management and IP phone microbrowsers. His background includes full-stack portal work—webmail, account management and intranet billing—reflecting an ability to translate customer needs into production-ready systems. Comfortable in both application and infrastructure layers, he combines backend development with deep operational know-how in Linux and networking. Notably, he has repeatedly taken ownership of complex subsystems (real-time telephony reports, backup and firewall management) rather than just contributing small features. Based in Sainte-Cécile-de-Milton, Quebec, he brings a pragmatic, systems-oriented approach to VoIP products that balances functionality, reliability and administration.
