Summary
👤
SeniorDaniela Careri is a Senior Sound Designer and multidisciplinary product-focused technologist based in Buenos Aires with 12 years of experience blending sound design, front-end engineering and UX. As Lead Sound Designer for Laminar Research's X-Plane she pairs audio craftsmanship with UI consulting and frontend web development, while running her own consultancy that delivers product design, web apps and FMOD implementations. Her background spans hands-on development and team leadership—from managing engineering teams at Despegar.com to founding DRC Servicios Informáticos—so she navigates both technical execution and strategic product decisions. Comfortable with interaction design, functional analysis and art direction, she brings a pragmatic creative approach that often surfaces through subtle UX sound cues and interface polish. An early web educator and long-time contributor to growing community platforms, she combines deep practical experience with a curious exploratory mindset.
