Senior🎓
Top SchoolDanila Nikolaev is a senior software engineer based in Tbilisi with eight years of hands-on experience building cloud-native C# and Python systems and over a decade in data and business analysis. He has delivered high-availability, zero-downtime migrations and processing improvements for enterprise clients using AWS, .NET, MongoDB and Postgres, repeatedly driving multi-order-of-magnitude reductions in error rates and major performance gains. Comfortable across front-end stacks (React, Angular, TypeScript) and backend integrations (RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS), he combines product-minded systems design with day-to-day engineering and mentorship. An AWS Certified Developer who has improved B2B engagement through UX-driven features and rebuilt critical ERP/chat services, he pairs a strong operational discipline with curiosity about why systems behave the way they do. Outside work he pursues creative and analytical interests—from drawing and guitar to non-fiction and running—fueling a pragmatic yet inventive approach to solving engineering problems.
