Top SchoolDanilo Martins is a seasoned technology leader and CTO based in São Paulo with over a decade of hands-on experience building telecom-grade VoIP platforms, scalable backend services, and cross-platform applications. He combines deep protocol-level expertise in SIP, IAX2, H.323 and Asterisk/FreeSWITCH with strong Python and PostgreSQL skills, having designed cloud call-recording, PBX and IVR systems for financial customers. At PiniOn he restructured engineering, introduced metrics-driven delivery and reduced operational friction while keeping turnover under 5% during a difficult reorganization. His background spans infrastructure and security hardening on Linux/OpenBSD, database tuning, and CI/CD for distributed systems, reflecting a rare blend of low-level telecom reverse-engineering and product-focused leadership. Notably, he’s certified in MongoDB and has repeatedly translated telecom complexity into reliable commercial products and profitable platforms.
