Top SchoolDanny Kraft is a Senior Benefits Consultant with 11 years of experience helping employers design data-driven, cost-efficient employee benefits strategies. After a life-changing heart attack in 2015, he turned a personal encounter with opaque medical billing into a mission to simplify benefits, advocate for employees, and hold carriers accountable. He blends deep sales and project-management experience—from negotiating multi-million dollar contracts and vendor joint ventures to achieving consistent quota overperformance—with technical underwriting and compliance collaboration. Danny has a track record of delivering measurable savings and transparency through independent underwriting and rigorous renewal analysis. Based in Texas and currently at OneDigital/CBIZ, he focuses on creative plan design that protects care quality while controlling cost. Colleagues describe him as a pragmatic strategist who treats client relationships with the same urgency he once needed as a patient.
