Senior🎓
Top SchoolDanylo Pavenko is a pragmatic technology leader and founder with nine years of hands-on experience building mobile and backend systems, now serving as CTO of CedrTech while founding a civic social network, Політична Каша. He has repeatedly shifted between senior engineering and leadership roles—from Android development at Exness and Teladoc to engineering management and founding startups—bringing product focus to ambiguous, ill-defined problems. Comfortable shipping across stacks (Java/Kotlin/C++ and mobile platforms), he pairs system architecture skills with entrepreneurial instincts, having led and invested in mobile ventures like ComeBack Mobility. Based in Lviv, he is completing an MPA to combine technical depth with formal business and public administration training, reflecting a rare blend of engineering craft and civic-minded product leadership.
