Top SchoolDarren Douglas is a versatile web developer and IT consultant with 14 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining e-commerce platforms, WordPress plugins/themes, and bespoke web applications. As owner of SableCraft and former IT Director at Net 1on1, he led full-stack development, server administration, and major infrastructure migrations while acting as the trusted single point of failure for multiple award-winning sites. He combines practical frontend skill (HTML/CSS, jQuery, UI) with backend expertise (PHP, MySQL, Java, ASP) and a knack for solving unusual problems—from SEO strategy to Minecraft/Bukkit plugin development. Comfortable moving between consulting and deep technical execution, he often teaches himself new technologies quickly to deliver on tight deadlines. Based in Kirton in Lindsey, UK, Darren pairs entrepreneurial ownership with a pragmatic, get-stuff-done approach.
