Top SchoolDaugilas Kakaras is a project manager and ex-developer with 11 years of experience building and scaling fintech and digital products, currently contracting at Robinhood and co-founding FinBytes to bring an investment portfolio management system to Lithuania. He combines hands-on technical roots (web, mobile and backend experience) with proven commercial instincts—growing clients into the firm’s largest revenue sources and closing the most profitable accounts at Civitta. Skilled in assembling and mentoring self-sustaining development teams, he’s led Scrum adoption, product ownership, and end-to-end delivery across startups and consultancies. Comfortable hiring for Go, Python and React roles, he bridges recruiting, product strategy and delivery in fast-moving engineering environments. An early entrepreneur who raised pre-seed funding and shipped event and transport products, he brings an operator’s pragmatism to fintech productization and market expansion.
