Top SchoolDave Liao is an Enterprise Applications Consultant with a decade of experience helping organizations scale their IT work management through pragmatic tool governance, process coaching, and hands-on administration of Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Slack. He blends corporate and startup experience—from Lockheed Martin to Disney Streaming and Braze—to translate stakeholder needs into sustainable configurations, audits, and integrations that reduce friction and accelerate delivery. A practiced Agile coach and former scrum lead, he embeds sound habits and tooling patterns so teams can focus on outcomes rather than process overhead. Dave is active in the Atlassian community and brings a systems-minded approach informed by operations, project management, and information science, often spotting governance gaps that teams miss until they cause scale issues.
