Senior🎓
Top SchoolDavid Cavins is a seasoned software developer with 13 years of experience blending front-end engineering, SharePoint specialization, and graphic/3D design to deliver polished, user-focused web applications. He has led large enterprise SharePoint deployments and migrations, built custom dashboards and REST services, and designed front-end interfaces using Angular, HTML5/CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Comfortable in deadline-driven, cross-functional teams, he pairs hands-on coding (including ElasticSearch queries and Java REST endpoints) with UI/UX design skills such as Adobe XD mockups. David’s background as a part-owner of a web studio and longtime freelance work gives him an entrepreneurial, client-facing perspective that helps translate complex requirements into practical solutions. Based in Beltsville, MD, he brings a rare combination of visual design sensibility and deep SharePoint/application development expertise to enterprise and government projects.
