Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolDavid De La Torre is a software engineer and CTO with 11 years of experience building immersive web and mobile experiences and leading technology teams from Seville. He blends hands-on development at Zinkee with strategic leadership at CIMA HORIZONS, having founded Cimagamers at 16 and managed teams of 50+ early in his career. Comfortable across full-stack development, embedded projects (Raspberry Pi, Arduino), server administration and running AI workloads, he pairs product-minded engineering with formal training in software engineering, ML, Agile and tech leadership. As a mentor and former tech advisor, he routinely translates complex requirements into deployable solutions while staying active in personal projects that explore hardware, AI and hosting infrastructure. Not obvious from his title: he combines formal university CS training with practical entrepreneurship and a habit of “playing” with edge devices to prototype novel interactions.
