Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolDavid Debreczeni is a founder and senior software engineer with over two decades of technical experience and 11 years of focused industry experience building production-grade systems. He designs and operates end-to-end platforms—most recently leading architecture and full-stack delivery for large-scale competition management and accreditation systems at Simmetrik. As a serial founder he has launched fintech and crypto infrastructure (including Hungary’s first Bitcoin exchange and ATMs), founded audio hardware/software studio ModMonk, and built bank-facing APIs at Shinrai, demonstrating both deep systems skills and product-driven engineering. He combines low-level hands-on work (circuit prototyping, secure containerised infrastructure) with domain modelling and long-term operational ownership. Based in Italy with a background in media technology and global entrepreneurship, he pairs entrepreneurial grit with pragmatic engineering for high-reliability, real-world applications. A less obvious strength is his ability to move between very different domains—audio hardware, crypto, sports event systems—and consistently ship maintainable, production-ready solutions.
