Top SchoolDavid Hoyt is a results-driven technical operations leader with 11+ years in senior roles and a multi-decade background in manufacturing, plant operations, and product technical services. As Vice President of Technical Service at Curecrete Distribution, he directs customer care, procurement, shipping and technical programs while leading certifications, R&D testing, and global distributor training for concrete products. He combines hands-on facility and equipment design experience—having designed remanufacturing layouts and managed a 5K sq ft production plant—with expertise in lean processes, inventory/bill-of-materials management, and OSHA-compliant safety programs. Known for translating technical detail into operational improvements, he routinely advises C-level executives on budgeting, capital purchases and compliance reporting (including REACH and VOC/HPD work). Beyond operations, he publishes on vulnerability management and security measurement, reflecting an uncommon cross-discipline interest in both physical manufacturing systems and information risk. Based in the Salt Lake City area, he blends engineering training in electrical/electronics with pragmatic, customer-focused problem solving.
