Senior🎓
Top SchoolDavid Marín is a Senior Software Engineer based in Madrid with over 12 years in software development and five years focused on iOS, blending deep mobile expertise (Objective-C, Swift, Cocoa Touch) with strong backend experience in Java, .NET and Oracle. He has led and contributed to agile teams of 5–15 across major clients like Telefónica, Orange and KPMG, and has a track record building both consumer apps and enterprise backends using Spring/Hibernate and PL/SQL. As a freelancer and indie developer he shipped diverse iOS products—from insurance and media apps to location-based utilities—and often leverages his server-side knowledge to design robust mobile APIs. Comfortable as both a hands-on engineer and a project lead, he favors pragmatic Agile practices (Scrum, Jira) and continues to deepen his Swift skills while improving his English. An uncommon strength is his cross-domain fluency: he moves seamlessly between mobile UX, backend architecture and data-focused features such as predictive analytics.
