Senior🎓
Top SchoolDavid Steinberger is a seasoned software engineer based in Paris with 17 years in application development and 13 years of deep Python expertise, currently splitting senior R&D and engineering roles between UKG and Pledg. He has led cross-cultural engineering teams to deliver SaaS HR platforms, implementing OAuth2-secured APIs, Elasticsearch-powered search, and migrations to GCP and Kubernetes. A former founder, he built and promoted Poulpit, a centralized social/RSS feed service, showing a blend of product thinking and hands-on backend design. Comfortable from C# enterprise systems to modern cloud-native stacks, he pairs technical leadership with practical delivery experience. Outside of code he pursues endurance running and ultra-trail, a discipline that mirrors his persistence on long, complex projects.
