Top SchoolDavid Sunderland is a strategic IT consultant with 25+ years of experience turning business needs into cost-saving technology solutions, currently serving small businesses and public agencies from Odessa, Texas. He has led large-scale cloud migrations, designed enterprise databases and data warehouses that delivered multimillion-dollar savings, and reduced operational inefficiencies through automation and process reengineering. Experienced in telecom, GIS, VoIP, and oil & gas royalty systems, he bridges technical delivery with finance and regulatory requirements to enable real-time cross-functional data sharing. A hands-on leader, he built and scaled IT teams and cut turnover while managing budgets and vendor strategy. Known for pragmatic solutions—like replacing costly third-party software with a custom platform—he combines deep technical craft with a background in finance and a near-perfect MS in MIS.
