Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolDavid Tufik is a seasoned software leader and Senior Tech Lead based in Tel Aviv with a decade of professional experience building and scaling production systems from early-stage product code to operational engineering teams. At Intezer he progressed from being the third developer on a cloud-native cybersecurity product to Head of Engineering, supervising cross-functional teams (software, DevOps, data science) and owning hiring, performance, and hard HR decisions under KPI-driven pressure. He blends hands-on expertise in microservices, Python, CQRS/event-sourcing and large-scale deployments with pragmatic team practices—feature ownership, on-call rotations and feedback loops—that he tailored to company needs. Comfortable in high-stakes client situations and on-prem deployments, he’s equally strong at prioritizing cost-effective product choices with product owners. A former IDF software team leader, he brings disciplined delivery habits and a track record of turning ideas into shipped, maintainable systems.
