Top SchoolDavide De Rosa is a seasoned software maintainer and independent creator with 15+ years of experience building privacy-first networking tools and shipping polished apps worldwide. As the founder and maintainer of Partout and Passepartout, he grew an open-source SwiftUI codebase into a cross-platform tunnel framework powering hundreds of thousands of downloads, App Store acclaim, and integrations used by major VPN providers. He uniquely insists on Swift as the orchestration language while porting his projects to Android, Windows, and Linux, and documents that journey in an ongoing "Cross-platform Swift" blog series. A lifelong programmer since the mid‑90s and author of practical tutorials like Basic Blockchain Programming, he funds his work entirely through his creations and teaches what he learns to the community.
