Top SchoolDeliana Escobari is a software engineer with 11 years of experience building production systems across major tech companies, currently contributing at Google after four years at Microsoft. With a background that transitions from finance and tax accounting at Ernst & Young to a Master’s in Computer Software Engineering, she brings rigorous problem-solving and cross-disciplinary discipline to complex engineering challenges. She has practical experience in both startup-like teams (Moonshot, Enova) and large-scale platform engineering at Redmond-based firms, demonstrating adaptability across contexts and roles. Colleagues can expect an engineer who blends analytical rigor from her finance roots with modern software practices, and who has repeatedly moved into higher-impact technical roles. An intriguing non-obvious detail: her early career in accounting likely informs a data-driven, audit-conscious approach to software reliability and observability.
