Senior🎓
Top SchoolDemetrio Filocamo is an experienced software engineer and serial founder based in London, with 15+ years building enterprise and mobile platforms and 11 years in senior leadership roles as CTO and co-founder. He combines deep hands-on expertise across Java/Java EE, JavaScript/TypeScript, native mobile SDKs (iOS/Android), and embedded systems with practical AWS, DevOps and database operations experience. Demetrio has launched multiple companies (Novaware, IntelliLiving, Gesso, Obviously) that span location-based media, IP/brand intelligence and home automation, demonstrating a knack for turning research-grade ideas (GIS, artificial vision, genetic optimization) into production products. Equally comfortable tuning JVM servers and writing Swift or Arduino firmware, he brings a full-stack systems mindset that bridges cloud, edge devices and multimedia platforms. Not immediately obvious from titles: he also mixes academic consulting with commercial product work, keeping a foot in both research-driven innovation and pragmatic engineering delivery.
