Top SchoolDemian Berjman is a seasoned CTO with 11 years of focused tech leadership experience and a track record of turning engineering organizations into outcome-driven, product-oriented teams. Based in Milan but with deep roots in Argentina, he has led large transformations across international, distributed teams—shifting companies from software-factory models to clear ownership, predictable delivery, and measurable business impact. His hands-on background spans architecture, cloud migrations, data strategy, FinOps, and AI product incubation, notably driving an AI-powered product from concept to adoption at Koronet and leading Despegar’s cloud, data, and personalization initiatives.
