👤
SeniorDenis Alexandrov is a tech lead with 11 years of hands-on experience building high-traffic web platforms and growing engineering teams, currently leading development at Sunday in Hamburg. Rooted in backend PHP expertise, he pairs deep architectural understanding with practical knowledge of web, data storage, caching, and security to deliver resilient, scalable systems. He is process-oriented and a strong advocate for agile practices, having introduced Scrum in previous roles and consistently improving team delivery. An introverted people-focused leader, Denis builds trust-based relationships that unlock collaboration and steady professional growth across diverse teams. His background spans high-load consumer portals and e-commerce, and he has turned internal tools into commercial SaaS products, illustrating a knack for turning operational needs into marketable software. Curious since childhood, he deliberately explores adjacent domains—from front-end to DevOps—to bridge business needs and technical execution effectively.
