Summary

Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolDenis Capeto is a senior software engineer based in Stockholm with nearly two decades of professional experience and a decade of hands-on experience in modern cloud-native systems. He currently drives resilient, scalable payment experiences at Klarna using Java, Spring Boot, AWS ECS, DynamoDB and Kafka, and has a track record of shaping architecture and delivery across fintech and e‑commerce platforms. Denis blends broad language and platform fluency—from .NET, Java and Kotlin to Python and cloud tooling—with practical operational focus on observability and CI/CD. He has repeatedly led migrations and reliability improvements (e.g., moving session state to Redis, migrating version control systems, and automating deployment pipelines) and mentors teams through architecture and design decisions. Comfortable in both hands-on implementation and technical leadership, he pairs a business-aware mindset (MBA-level studies) with deep systems experience to turn complex requirements into maintainable production systems.
