Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolDenis Farr is a seasoned backend engineer with 14+ years of experience building reliable, high-throughput systems, currently focused on Rust and payment integrations in Vilnius. He has deep expertise in distributed systems and Erlang-based architectures from long-term roles at Wargaming and Erlang Solutions, where he designed and refactored large-scale XMPP and riak_core-backed services. More recently he contributed to the Arweave Core consensus and node reference implementation, and now implements CENTROlink integrations for Lithuanian central bank payment processing. Denis combines low-level protocol work with pragmatic service decomposition, having split monoliths into independent services and mixed network interconnection models. Known for maintaining production-critical nodes and payment pipelines, he blends systems reliability with a hands-on approach to performance tuning. His background in organizational information security and varied language experience (Erlang, Python, PHP, C#) gives him a practical edge on secure, maintainable backend design.
