Top SchoolDenis Gorbachev is a serial entrepreneur and CEO with 15 years in software and 11+ years building high‑tech startups, having founded five companies and achieved one exit. He blends deep hands‑on engineering—starting coding at 14 in C++ and WASM and later working in Elixir, Python, and JavaScript—with product leadership in crypto, DeFi, and algorithmic trading. Denis created Moonbase Exchange to match retail capital with quant developers and later launched Fairpool, a DEX for personal tokens, showing a consistent focus on enabling new market models. He has led small-to-medium engineering teams and repeatedly turned personal crypto curiosity (mining Bitcoin in 2011) into commercial platforms and trading strategy products. Based in Hong Kong and holding a Master of Engineering, he pairs hacker curiosity with practical startup execution across trading, tokenization, and developer-facing financial infrastructure.
