Top SchoolDenis Olek is a Senior Backend Engineer with 11 years of experience building and maintaining robust server-side systems, currently designing a medical platform while based in Dubai. He has delivered end-to-end backend solutions across e-commerce and ERP domains, including a bespoke ERP for a German company that aggregates multi-shop data and automates invoicing, shipping and order workflows. Proficient in Kotlin, Spring, Docker and MongoDB, Denis combines hands-on service development with infrastructure automation, CI/CD and monitoring. His time at Allegro and RSQ sharpened his ability to translate product and business requirements into scalable architectures and to mentor peers through code reviews and collaboration. Always curious and open-minded, he routinely balances pragmatic delivery with learning new technologies and approaches. As a freelancer and in-house engineer he often owns both technical design and operational aspects, making him effective at taking features from concept to production.
