Top SchoolDennis Zhang is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with 11 years of experience designing and operating resilient, cloud-native systems from the silicon up to multi-service architectures. Based in Seattle and trained at the University of Waterloo, he thrives on understanding how every layer—hardware, OS, containers, networking and orchestration—fits together to deliver reliable services at scale. At Gorgias he focuses on improving developer experience, CI/CD, monitoring and automation to prevent and eliminate production incidents rather than just firefighting them.
