Top SchoolDev Babu is an Enterprise Architect with over 20 years of hands-on experience and a decade of focused enterprise architecture leadership, currently shaping cloud and solution strategies for NSW government agencies. He specializes in TOGAF-based strategic architecture, large-scale cloud migrations and automation using Infrastructure as Code across AWS and Azure, having led a 160-application data center exit on time and on budget. Dev blends a “Cloud First” hybrid/multi-cloud approach with strong infrastructure expertise (compute, storage, network, identity) to produce metadata-driven architecture models that align tightly with business outcomes. He is experienced running design workshops, producing solution architecture artifacts for engineers, and partnering through RFP-to-delivery lifecycles to de-risk complex programs. A pragmatic collaborator, he has repeatedly migrated regulated and heavy-availability systems (e.g., transport and regulatory applications) with zero business impact. Based in Sydney, he pairs deep operational knowledge from roles at TfNSW, NSW Police and large vendors with a proven track record of delivering measurable program outcomes.
