Top SchoolDhruv Pratap is a senior software engineer with over 16 years in Agile environments and a strong track record of driving scalable, cloud-native systems across finance, telecom, retail and healthcare. He blends deep hands-on expertise in Java/Groovy, event-driven CQRS architectures, streaming and batch platforms with practical DevOps skills—Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins and HashiCorp tooling—to deliver resilient production services. Dhruv has led platform and payments teams at Barclays, guided S3 development at AWS, and now contributes to big data execution engines at Netflix, giving him rare end-to-end experience from API design to large-scale data processing. He favors domain-driven design, TDD and twelve-factor principles, and has repeatedly translated reference architectures into enterprise-wide blueprints that sped cloud migrations and operational maturity. Colleagues recognize him as a fast-promoted, motivating technical leader who mentors teams while staying deeply technical.
