Top SchoolDiana Eastman is a Senior Full Stack Engineer with nine years of experience building reliable web applications at the intersection of healthcare policy and software. Trained in economics, political science, and computer science (M.S., Tufts), she brings a policy-first lens to technical design, grounding features like prior authorization and insurance verification in real regulatory and operational constraints. She primarily ships TypeScript/React frontends and Python backends, favoring readable, well-tested code and production-minded concerns such as performance, error handling, and graceful failure modes. Her background includes roles at Grow Therapy, MITRE, and Boston Children’s Hospital where she translated research insights into user-centered tools and won multiple internal awards for stakeholder-facing demos. Based in Boston, she combines domain fluency in healthcare delivery with hands-on engineering to make access to high-quality, cost-effective care easier to navigate.
