Senior🎓
Top SchoolDiego Azevedo is a founding senior software engineer with 11 years of experience building cloud-native, high-assurance systems for banking, government audit, and startup environments. He combines deep Java/Kotlin backend expertise (Quarkus, Spring Boot, Hibernate) with DevOps and CI/CD leadership—migrating hundreds of Jenkins jobs to pipelines-as-code and operationalizing Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. Diego has repeatedly delivered large-scale validation and fraud-detection platforms that eliminated thousands of manual audit hours and earned institutional recognition. Comfortable across full-stack and data integration work, he designs resilient APIs and scalable microservices while mentoring teams and shaping engineering practices. Now based in Spain, he continues to blend hands-on coding with architecture and security-minded delivery as a founding engineer. A detail that often goes unnoticed: he started his career building digital-signature tooling (PAdES) and custom Sonar/quality tooling, which informs his strong emphasis on compliance and code quality.
