Dilhan Jayathilake
Full Stack Web Developer
Summary
👤
SeniorDileepa Jayathilake is an experienced software architect and supply chain traceability expert who blends over two decades of technology leadership with a decade of hands-on product and full-stack development. He has led research and R&D organizations, built ML/MLops practices and cloud-native solutions for Scandinavian and international clients, and now applies Python and Next.js to critical data pipelines at the Asian Development Bank. As founder and CEO of TilliT he raised international funding and delivered blockchain-anchored traceability systems across food, beverage and luxury supply chains, from Ceylon cinnamon to Japanese sake and gemstones. His background in high-performance C++ trading systems and early work on Sinhala speech and text-to-speech reveal a rare combination of low-latency systems engineering and applied AI/ML expertise. Comfortable switching between strategic partnership-building with multilateral agencies and hands-on engineering, he routinely translates complex supply-chain requirements into auditable, standards-driven digital products. Based in Sri Lanka, Dileepa is as adept at piloting proof-of-concepts to production as he is at securing cross-border collaborations and funding.
