Senior🎓
Top SchoolDillon Mccallum is a Senior Visual Designer with a decade of experience crafting web, product, and brand experiences for organizations from startups to Google and Electronic Arts. At Google he shapes Material You’s visual language and design system assets, and at EA he led company-wide design system strategy and tokenization impacting internal and player-facing products. He blends hands-on front-end development and strategic brand thinking—co-founding a WordPress-focused studio and leading visual teams at agencies like 10up—so he understands both craft and delivery. Based in Tucson, Dillon mentors designers, manages vendor ecosystems, and occasionally directs video and creative production, bringing a multidisciplinary creative practice to product design. Known for being a bit of a rabble-rouser, he pairs playful curiosity with rigorous design systems work to make large-scale visual systems feel human.
