Top SchoolDimitri Gielis is a founder and CEO with over a decade of deep expertise in Oracle technologies, specializing in Oracle Application Express (APEX) and database-driven solutions. He leads United Codes and APEX R&D and is the creator of widely used tools such as APEX Office Print (AOP), APEX Media Extension, and APEX Project Eye that help developers automate reporting, media handling, and app insights. An Oracle ACE Director and long-time APEX evangelist, Dimitri blends hands-on product development with consulting, training, and developer tooling to accelerate customers’ delivery. Based in Leuven, Belgium, he has a track record of building specialist practices and partnerships inside larger organizations and startups alike. Less obvious: he combines a consultant’s client-focus with a product-minded approach, turning recurring developer pain points into commercial SaaS and extensions. His work is aimed at saving developer time and scaling practical, data-centric applications.
