Senior🎓
Top SchoolDimitri K is an experienced delivery manager and engineering leader based in Toronto with ~9–10 years driving cross-functional teams across four continents and multimillion-dollar programs. He combines strong QA roots and hands-on systems experience with proven delivery discipline—having led 50+ FTE teams, launched FDA-approved medical device firmware, and owned budget, margins and SOWs end-to-end. Dimitri excels at turning complex risk and continuity challenges into executable roadmaps, improving QA throughput (cutting onboarding time from 4 months to 1 month) and embedding continuous improvement across organizations. He’s equally comfortable mentoring individual contributors and shaping account-level strategy, from program governance to go-to-market lead generation. Currently building an AI-driven, bias-aware news intelligence engine on the side, he brings a rare mix of product-minded AI interest and pragmatic delivery muscle.
