Senior🎓
Top SchoolDimitri Kokkonis is a PhD student and embedded systems engineer based in Paris with a decade of hands-on experience bridging academic research and industry. Holding an MSc in Embedded Systems and an exchange M.Eng. from the University of Toronto, he has worked across embedded IoT, computer vision, and software QA at organizations including STMicroelectronics, AdaCore and CEA-List. He focuses on bringing AI to the edge—optimizing silicon and firmware to make hardware "do funny stuff" while meeting real-world constraints. Comfortable across low-level embedded development, testing, and back-end tooling, he combines rigorous engineering training with practical intern-to-research progression. Known for strong academic grounding (top high-school grades in Greece) and a curiosity for squeezing performance from constrained devices, he thrives on projects that blend research depth with deployable engineering.
