Senior🎓
Top SchoolDimitri Tischenko is a seasoned CTO and cloud architect with over three decades of experience designing resilient web systems, leading DevOps transformations, and building AI-enabled solutions. He combines hands-on engineering—spanning serverless, Terraform, Kubernetes and multiple cloud platforms—with strategic leadership honed from founding and scaling a managed hosting company and later architecting enterprise products at Perforce Puppet. Known for translating customer needs into pragmatic architectures, he often acts as the “phone repairman” bridging product, engineering and operations. Dimitri champions developer enablement and automation (Puppet, GitHub Actions, CI/CD) while also shipping NLP and AI assistant projects, bringing research-led curiosity from his Delft University background into production. Based in the Netherlands, he’s currently guiding Office.EU’s technology strategy and exploring roles where technical depth and trust-based collaboration drive meaningful impact.
