Tel-Aviv District, Israel
Summary
👤
SeniorDivo Kaplan is an R&D team lead and software architect with 8 years of experience building high-availability backend systems and embedded solutions, most recently leading engineering for an MPC key management company in Tel Aviv. He combines hands-on coding (Python, C/C++) with system-level architecture, migrating critical services to more stable, scalable designs while still shipping production code. His military tenure at the Prime Minister’s Office included both large-scale integrations and hands-on embedded projects, and he also commanded and developed an intensive training course for new engineers. At Sodot he progressed from senior engineer to engineering lead and now R&D team lead, steering delivery of on-premise MPC infrastructure that balances security, performance, and usability. Known for mentoring and operational rigor, he brings a disciplined engineering mindset shaped by real-world high-stakes environments. Ready for his next challenge, he’s particularly interested in applying cutting-edge cryptography and systems design to tangible product problems.
