Top SchoolDmitri Tsepelev is a founder and full-stack-minded product leader with 11 years of experience building payment and productivity products from MVP to platform scale. He led Yandex.Checkout’s evolution into a broad financial platform—owning strategy and a team of product managers—and shipped major capabilities like marketplace payments, C2C safe-deal flows, and customizable payment widgets. Previously he co-founded a personalization startup (Landy), gaining hands-on product and engineering experience despite its lack of PMF, and now runs Hyperfocus to explore sustainable productivity. With dual master’s degrees in economics and logistics, Dmitri blends analytical rigor with practical execution and a penchant for understanding systems deeply rather than accepting surface solutions. Based in Izmir, he pairs startup grit with enterprise-scale product delivery, often focusing on developer and merchant experiences that make complex money flows simple.
