Senior🎓
Top SchoolDmitrii Chernukho is a Frontend Teamlead with 11 years in software development and over seven years focused on modern web front-end stacks including TypeScript, React, Next.js, Effector, and Electron. He has repeatedly shipped large B2B products as a sole front-end engineer and scaled teams—hiring, mentoring, and running architecture and delivery for multi-person front-end efforts. Dmitrii blends hands-on implementation (reducing errors by 50% through quality tooling and improving FCP to a 0.5s Lighthouse score) with cost-conscious engineering, having integrated VOSK for a 10% cost reduction. He led a 7-person startup that secured Skolkovo funding and has experience presenting internally and publishing a PWA article for a professional audience. Based in Bangkok with a legal entity in Serbia, he values strong corporate culture, ethics, and work-life balance while seeking new web development challenges. Notably, he often takes partial QA and operations responsibilities, reflecting a pragmatic full-stack mindset beyond pure front-end work.
