Senior🎓
Top SchoolDmitrii T is a seasoned network and systems engineer with 25+ years designing and hardening large-scale telecom and IP networks, and 14 years of recent hands-on infrastructure leadership across carrier and municipal environments. He specializes in signaling and control-plane scalability, traffic and capacity modeling, and reliability engineering for multi-service networks (SS7, IMS, LTE/5G, BGP, MPLS), bringing a PhD perspective on signaling overload that anticipated modern SDN and cloud-native scaling issues. Dmitrii combines architectural security thinking with practical automation—using Python, C++, Bash and MML—to prevent incidents and optimize operations rather than merely reacting to them. He has led platform revamps, incident response programs, and cross-functional projects that balance business strategy with technical constraints. His published teletraffic engineering model on GitHub reflects the research-to-production thread in his work and underlines a rare depth in control-plane analysis. Currently based in the United States, he is open to consulting, research collaboration, and engineering roles focused on capacity, signaling, and resilient network design.
