Top SchoolDmitriy Zaitsev is a hands-on technology leader and CTO with a decade of experience building and operating large-scale, cost-efficient cloud platforms and SRE practices across startups and product companies. He has led infrastructure and reliability teams through high-stakes events like Black Friday, driven FinOps and capacity planning, and delivered developer-facing infra platforms that accelerate shipping. His background spans Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/GCP, big data pipelines and CI/CD, with concrete experience managing petabytes and multi-site processing at OneFactor. Known for pragmatic engineering (and blunt honesty about vendor/staffing channels), Dmitriy blends deep operational craftsmanship with strategic budgeting and developer UX for infra. Based in Alanya, Antalya, he pairs sysadmin roots with executive ownership, often moving from tactical fixes to long-term platform improvements.
