Top SchoolDmitriy Zubkov is a Head of Engineering with nine years of professional experience and a long history as a self-employed full-stack developer, specializing in PHP/Laravel with Node.js and React for high-load web applications. He leads engineering at InnoTaxes while continuing to design and migrate legacy monoliths to modern microservice-based architectures. His strengths include end-to-end system design, scaling and decomposing complex logic into maintainable services, and practical hands-on delivery from architecture through production support. Dmitriy pairs managerial leadership with active coding experience, enabling rapid iteration and reliable execution on high-traffic projects. Based in Russia and grounded by a computer science degree from Ulyanovsk State University, he brings both entrepreneurial grit and deep technical ownership. An uncommon detail: he has balanced long-term freelance practice alongside corporate leadership, keeping him close to implementation challenges while directing teams.
