Senior🎓
Top SchoolDmitry Astrikov is a seasoned software engineering leader with over a decade of hands-on experience and 15+ years of industry involvement, currently heading HR Tech as Technical Unit Lead at Avito. He has scaled and led large engineering organizations—most notably growing Samolet Group’s HR Tech from 10 to 115 people and managing 55+ engineers as CTO—while remaining a pragmatic, hands-on engineer in Go, Python and TypeScript. Dmitry combines system design and DevOps fluency with product-minded delivery, launching an MVP for 1,500+ daily users in eight weeks and owning ATS, interview automation and onboarding platforms. He mentors engineering managers, writes about IT management on Telegram, and brings a blend of startup agility from long-term Upwork contracts and enterprise leadership in real estate tech. Notably, he moves fluidly between strategic architecture and day-to-day coding, keeping teams productive without losing technical depth.
